comfy bedlovely poolcomplementary shots
Christos greeted me upon arrival. He gave me a bus timetable and a map. He recommended places to visit, including the best restaurants. The room (i stayed in a junior suite!) was modern, airy, and clean with a comfy bed. It had a nice outside area to sit. The pool area had plenty of beds. I enjoyed good music, food and cocktails. The staff brought round complementary shots.
The pillows were not very good (i'm not one to complain, but this must be mentioned!).

The pool was great with lovely views. The staff was friendly and very tidy. It was easy to keep the room clean. I had a great stay and recommend the hotel.
The breakfast didn't have many vegetables.

The breakfast included had amazing variety of options. There were lots of great savory and sweet choices. I like to eat a big breakfast and did so every day. The coffee machine was easy to use.

The rooms were clean and modern. Daily room cleaning happened on time. The room had its own jacuzzi which was a big plus. I feel that it was perfect for vacationing families.

missing duvet coverdetached curtain rail
I found a few aspects of the stay disappointing. The duvet in my room lacked a cover, which I consider basic hygiene. the curtain rail detached and fell on me when I was closing the curtains (a minor inconvenience, admittedly).

Excellent Santorini Stay

The daily room cleaning ensured fresh towels. The jacuzzi worked well. Christos assisted with restaurant reservations and island advice. He allowed us to store our backpacks and use the pool after checkout. This was convenient as we waited for our ferry.
The shower screen provided minimal privacy.

The staff promptly booked dinner and arranged transportation. They provided helpful tips about the island. Staff members ensured the common areas remained clean and accessible all day and took care to ensure our stay was comfortable.
